This Terms of Service governs all engagements with Bluelight Limited for Google Ads Management, SEO, and/or Web Design services.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Terms

Things we require from you during the service period

1. No other SEO company or specialists are working on the client’s website while we are.
2. Client allows Bluelight the necessary access for work as Bluelight requires, namely
   1. Website Content Management System (CMS)
   2. Google Analytics
   3. Google Search Console
   4. Hosting server
3. Additional SEO requests or changes to the target keyword list beyond the original scope will incur additional fees.
4. SEO migrations are not included. If this service is required we can issue a custom quotation based on the project scope.

Payment Terms

1. Accounts are billed according to project start date, monthly, in-advance.
2. Late payment exceeding 4 weeks will result in service termination. All previous payments are non-refundable.
3. If the Client wants to terminate SEO services, an advance notice of 30 days is required.
4. After 12 months, the service automatically rolls over and continues on a monthly basis, unless terminated by the client.

Google Ads Management Terms

1. Following your approval of the initial account setup, any additional campaign setups or requests that fall outside the scope of regular account management will incur additional fees.
2. After providing your approval, you agree not to make any changes to the account. For any modifications or requests, please contact us directly and we will implement them on your behalf. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
3. The account launch date serves as the official reporting and billing date for all Google Ads Management services.
4. If you wish to increase your advertising budget, additional management time will be required, resulting in a proportional increase to the management fee based on the additional hours needed. We will notify you of these changes in advance. In certain circumstances, a floating management fee arrangement may be available.
5. Should you wish to decrease your advertising budget, we can adjust your account spending immediately. However, the management fee will remain unchanged for the current billing period and will only be adjusted in the subsequent billing cycle. This policy exists because management time and resources have already been allocated to your account and cannot be reallocated within the current period.
