This Terms of Service governs all engagements with Bluelight Limited for Google Ads Management, SEO, and/or Web Design services.
Communication Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Bluelight Limited commits to the following communication standards:
Primary Communication Channel: All routine communications will be conducted via email. The client is entitled to one (1) Zoom meeting or phone call per month for the purpose of strategic alignment and account review. Additional consultation sessions beyond the monthly entitlement can be purchased at our standard hourly rate.
- General Inquiries and Requests: Response within 3 business days during normal business hours.
- Campaign Modification Requests: Acknowledgment within 1 business day, implementation within 5 business days (subject to complexity).
- Monthly Reporting: Delivered within 5 business days of each month's billing cycle date for the previous month's performance.
- Scheduled Account Reviews: Quarterly strategic reviews scheduled with minimum 1 week advance notice.
Note:
Response times may be extended during public holidays.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to make payment for services via direct debit through Stripe. Invoices will be issued via Xero on the billing cycle date, and payment will be automatically debited within three (3) calendar days of the invoice date. The Client is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for the transaction. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as outlined in the general terms and conditions.
Google Ads Management Terms
- Following your approval of the initial account setup, any additional campaign setups or requests that fall outside the scope of regular account management will incur additional fees.
- After providing your approval, you agree not to make any changes to the account. For any modifications or requests, please contact us directly and we will implement them on your behalf. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- The account launch date serves as the official reporting and billing date for all Google Ads Management services.
- If you wish to increase your advertising budget, additional management time will be required, resulting in a proportional increase to the management fee based on the additional hours needed. We will notify you of these changes in advance. In certain circumstances, a floating management fee arrangement may be available.
- Should you wish to decrease your advertising budget, we can adjust your account spending immediately. However, the management fee will remain unchanged for the current billing period and will only be adjusted in the subsequent billing cycle. This policy exists because management time and resources have already been allocated to your account and cannot be reallocated within the current period.
- Our service requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. This duration is necessary to collect sufficient data, explore various optimization strategies, and properly validate the marketing channel's effectiveness for your business.
- If you decide to terminate management services, we require a 90-day advance written notice.
